AISHA SASHA JOHN is author of the 2018 Griffin Poetry Prize-nominated collection, I have to live. (McLelland & Stewart, 2017), as well as THOU (Book*hug, 2014), and the chapbook TO STAND AT THE PRECIPICE ALONE AND REPEAT WHAT IS WHISPERED (Ugly Duckling Presse, 2021). Aisha is a choreographer and performer, and her first ensemble work DIANA ROSS DREAM will premiere in fall 2022 at La Chappelle in Montréal.
